It’s good to know that I still have a 10-minute mile despite not going for a run in, oh, about a month. It’s not good enough to beat last year’s 10K personal best but there is still a month to train and renewed vigour to train well.
It’s also good to know that someone hacked Google Maps and developed the Gmaps Pedometer that allows me to figure out the distance around Seawall routes far better than using m2 routescout or doing it by hand.
I can definitely live with the habit of taking a breather from work and going for a run during the day every sunny day.
