My whining that scientists get no attention (nary a hugely successful movie or television series) can be temporarily silenced upon learning about Allegra Goodman’s Intuition through Nodal Point, a bioinformatics blog, who apparently heard about it through the Nature blog.
Should I get it in the name of obtaining an emotional insight to the lab side of science? After reading an excerpt provided by Amazon.ca, it is more like nine parts campy to one part scientific “thriller.” Meh, at this rate, I will blaze through my second Amazon order and summer is just around the corner….
