Since the last time I tried to make a full-blown cake it caved in, this time I decided to make… a cupcake cake!
‘Twasn’t anything fancy. I used Duncan Hines Extra Moist chocolate cake mix, a cream cheese frosting recipe, and those are inverted chocolate chips that are attempting to spell something out….
Another bonus: The excess “cake” was easily transported to work and distributed as a spontaneous treat to my colleagues. =D
